The anchorage is a 6-bedroom
guest house located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road
so we are not troubled by passing traffic. We offer parking
for your car which you will rarely need as we are in a very
central location to Newquay town centre.
Surfers
welcome! We are within 5 minutes walk to the famous international
surfing Fistral Beach with its new complex of shops, cafes and
surfing facilities, harbour, golf course and town centre for your
shopping and nightlife. Wetsuit and surfboard storage.
Hen and Stag parties catered for.
The railways station, airport
and bus station is also close by.
We are surrounded by other beautiful beaches
in Newquay (Towan Beach, Great Western, Newquay Bay, Lusty Glaze,
Watergate Bay) - almost everything is in easy reach from the Anchorage

Guests have access to their rooms at all times, with their own
keys (come and go as you please). Our rooms have:

our rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Newquay's vibrant nightlife, with nightclubs,
bars and evening entertainment is accessible, providing a variety
from which to choose.
Within the locality you can swim, surf, fish
(sea and coarse) take boat trips from the harbour, horse riding/trekking,
go-karting, paintballing, play golf and do numerous other sporting
activities, or take the Cornish Coastal footpaths for excellent,
exhilarating walks with spectacular views. You can also watch
the sunset over fistral beach from the Anchorage in Newquay.
Deep sea fishing trips, diving and surfing lessons
can all be arranged locally in Newquay.
Our aim is to provide comfortable accommodation
in a relaxed atmosphere so that you may enjoy your holiday with
us at the Anchorage.
Local restaurants cater for most tastes and moods,
English, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and many others including
sea food restaurants who specialise in fish and seafood landed at
Newquay Harbour. |

Bookings are from 2.00pm on day of arrival until 10.30am of the day
of departure.
Balances are payable upon arrival and payment by cheque is only accepted
when presented at least five working days prior to arrival.
We regret no reduction is available for temporary absence of early
departure.
A confirmation of booking will be sent upon receipt of deposit (which
is non-refundable).
